Rachelle joined the Bloomfield office of OakBridge in 2009. Prior to joining OakBridge, Rachelle spent 6 years at Chubb Specialty Insurance in Simsbury, CT in various underwriting roles, most recently as a public company Management Liability underwriter. Her role included underwriting Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime and Kidnap & Ransom.

Rachelle received her Bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
