At OakBridge, everything we do is focused on ensuring that clients' Executive Liability claims are paid. This process starts with presenting the risk to the marketplace in a clear, descriptive manner. It continues with helping clients choose the proper carriers for a given risk profile and then working with the carriers to ensure that the policies are written as advantageously as possible.
In the event of a claim, we provide proactive advocacy. While many of our competitors shy away from providing advice during claims, we embrace the claims management responsibility as another area in which we can add value for our Retail Partners.
Our Claims Manager, Tony Falkowski, has 35 years experience with D&O claims. He began his insurance career with Chubb in 1972, and became Chubb's first worldwide manager of Executive Liability claims in 1983. Kevin LaCroix also has an extensive background in Executive Liability claim management: first as an attorney and partner with one of the nation's preeminent coverage firms, then as Claims Manager, and, later, President, of an Executive Liability insurer.
