These presentations contain current information on the state of the D&O marketplace, litigation trend information, limits modeling and benchmarking information and in-depth coverage discussions.
We maintain an electronic library of documents for our Retail Partners to access as a resource to solicit new business or answer their client's questions.
We recognize the value of a well informed buyer. OakBridge publishes the InSights newsletter every four to six weeks. The articles address current developments involving executive liability issues. We co-brand these newsletters with our Retail Partners to help them increase both their visibility and Executive Liability credibility with clients and prospects.
In addition, Kevin LaCroix publishes The D&O Diary weblog. Over the past 2 years, this professional blog has become the definitive information resource for readers with an interest in Executive Liability. The blog is visited regularly by prominent law firms, CFOs, GCs, brokers, underwriters and regulatory bodies including the SEC and DOJ.
