Anthony "Tony" Falkowski is our Director of Claims Management at OakBridge Insurance Services. He brings more than thirty-five years experience in managing Executive Liability insurance claims to OakBridge.

Tony began his insurance career at Chubb in 1972 where his tenure culminated with his being named the first worldwide manager of the Fiduciary and Directors and Officers Liability claims department in 1983. In 1987, Tony was recruited by Executive Risk (later acquired by Chubb in 1999) as a founding member of their senior management team and head of its claims department. In his role as claims manager, he was responsible for structuring the claims department, coverage analysis and reserving and settlement strategies for all major D&O claims, in addition to claim regulatory compliance.

Tony is a nationally recognized expert in this field and is a frequent commentator on D&O claim issues, having published numerous papers and participated in seminars relative to D&O claims. He has also been retained as a qualified expert witness in D&O claim litigation involving coverage, policy interpretation, bad faith and defense cost issues. Tony is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar, the Defense Research Institute and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
