OakBridge History
OakBridge is one of the few remaining independently-owned specialty intermediaries - and arguably the only one focused solely on Executive and Professional Liability. OakBridge Insurance Services was formed in 2005 as the successor entity to Carpenter Moore Insurance Services' eastern U.S. operations, which, in turn, was established by Jose Medina and Alex Jezerski in 1996.
The company is headquartered in Bloomfield, CT with immediate access to 11 underwriting facilities within a 15 mile radius of our office. All marketing is handled out of the Bloomfield office to ensure consistency. In addition we have offices in California, Minnesota, New Jersey and Ohio. There is meaning in everything we do - starting with our name. The oak tree represents strength, stability and protection - the very qualities at the heart of the insurance programs we structure; the bridge represents the critical relationship we build between our Retail Partners and their clients on one side and the carriers, on the other.
